Business innovation with IT is not an easy target. Business managers are often surprised if IT contributes to the business innovation in their organisation. The knowledge of IT about the business and the capability to signal new technological opportunities is however without debate an IT capability that the business can benefit from. The approach springs from the joint experience of Excellerate and BeBright. Starting point is that ideas for technology related innovation comes from the melting pot
of IT and business experience. IT can lead this process and also leads in the initiation and realisation of the innovation initiatives.
