Learn together, innovate together - a knowledge and innovation network in practice.
Innovation leaders are only successful when they focus on cooperation. Depending on the project stage, various parts of an organisation are leading and involved in innovation. Instead of concentrating these functions in one 'innovation department', an important role can be played by networks of employees to enable successful innovation in companies.
