Innovation as a structurally embedded process
Sigma article
Recently the magazine Sigma published "Innovation as a structurally embedded process". The article (in Dutch) discusses how innovation is embedded in organisations:
"Innovation is essential for the continuity and future growth of organisations. Many organisations are innovative by accident, call themselves innovative or would like to be more innovative. Truely innovative organisations have -beside regularly servicing the market with new products and services- one common characteristic: they have structured their innovation processes and manage them structurally."
