Approach
The Innovation Assessment is a framework consisting of a number of in-depth interviews with key figures, a financial analysis of the costs, revenues and returns of innovation as well as an online questionnaire that will be conducted in the organization to develop a representative overview of the innovation strengths and weaknesses. Additionally, innovation workshops provide a good opportunity to explore the innovation ambition and strategy of the organization. Information from these different sources is the input for the assessment report and recommendations, which can instantly be used by the organization to improve the innovative capacity.
Results
The Innovation Assessment yields a complete overview of innovation strengths and weaknesses within an organization, as well as an overview of points of attention and recommended actions.
