In the flyer for the course of June 2008 you can find more details on the content of the course.

Course: Developing a business case

The course 'Developing a business case' consists of sessions in which the necessary skills are developed in the organization based on the "training on the job"-principle. The main goal of the course is to learn in practice how to create a business case. A theoretically supported approach of a business case will be presented to serve as a guideline to further develop the ideas and to facilitate decision making. During the course, this knowledge will be applied to a business case of the own organization. The advantage of this approach is that the participants can directly practice with the theory that is brought forward, which improves the learning process. Moreover, another advantage is that at the end of the course the organization has fully finished creating their own business cases.
